Install the right firmware for your touchscreen.
Pick your exact board, connect it over USB, and let the browser install KingKiosk Pico. The installer checks the ESP chipset before writing firmware and keeps the board choice visible the whole time.
Choose the board in your hand
These firmware builds are display-specific. The browser can verify ESP32 vs ESP32-S3, but it cannot tell a 2.8" resistive display from a 3.5" capacitive display because both use the ESP32 chipset.

Install with confidence
Use Chrome or Edge
Web Serial is available in Chromium-based desktop browsers. Safari and Firefox will not show the installer.
Pick the USB serial port
When the browser asks, choose the connected ESP board. If more than one device is listed, unplug extras first.
Let the board reboot
After flashing, the board restarts into KingKiosk Pico. Keep it connected until the installer reports completion.
