Choose the board in your hand

These firmware builds are display-specific. The browser can verify ESP32 vs ESP32-S3, but it cannot tell a 2.8" resistive display from a 3.5" capacitive display because both use the ESP32 chipset.

Use Chrome or Edge

Web Serial is available in Chromium-based desktop browsers. Safari and Firefox will not show the installer.

Pick the USB serial port

When the browser asks, choose the connected ESP board. If more than one device is listed, unplug extras first.

Let the board reboot

After flashing, the board restarts into KingKiosk Pico. Keep it connected until the installer reports completion.
