This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of KingKiosk software licenses made through our payment processor, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle").

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of KingKiosk and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a license has been activated.

We encourage you to review the documentation, feature list, and pricing details before purchasing to ensure KingKiosk meets your needs.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all KingKiosk transactions. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, payment processing, and sales tax/VAT compliance on behalf of Kall Innovations LLC.

By purchasing a KingKiosk license, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction and cannot be waived by contract. If local consumer protection laws entitle you to a refund under certain conditions, those rights remain in effect.
