All plans are one-time purchases. You pay once and the software is yours. There are no recurring fees or hidden charges.
The Feature Server (KingKiosk Core) is an optional backend that adds server-side capabilities: Remote Browser rendering, WebRTC intercom, text-to-speech with 100+ voices, speech-to-text, RTSP camera export, and AI-powered vision and facial recognition. It runs on your own hardware.
Yes, KingKiosk communicates through MQTT. You can use any MQTT broker — a free cloud broker, Mosquitto on a Raspberry Pi, or the broker built into Home Assistant. The setup wizard walks you through the connection.
